I was thinking it to the tune of manic depression. ha! but seriously...something is making me retain water, and I don't know what. maybe too much sodium? at any rate, I *HATE* it. especially since I drink well over 100 oz of water per day. wtf...any suggestions?

the flu is flaring yet again, yeesh. due to feeling queasy, I'm having a bite here and there of stuff that I really FEEL like having...sooo...I'll log anything I eat for the rest of the day/night under dinner. and it probably won't be pretty, ie. it'll be bits and bites...of legal food.
