the bad mood I was sinking into last night has its grip on me today, big time.
coconut flour muffin
devilled eggs w/bacon bits (can't believe I didn't do this sooner)
grain free bread (made of eggs, zucchini, flax and walnuts)
turkey chili (obviously beanless)
coconut flour cupcake
since starting this menu-posting thing, I find I mindlessly eat less often. seeing as how I'm accountable and such. :)
