menu tracking to begin again tomorrow, yay! I want to try to eat more soup this week. so I'm making chicken stock RIGHT NOW, and have my veggies ready to go so I can make some tomorrow.

thanks to a life full of diets, I've dieted myself up to my highest weight in my life! so I'm going back to the one plan that worked - low carb - and I'm going to do it right(er) this time. wish me luck.
