the more I read about zero-carb, the better I think it is. I'm just saying. :) I'm nowhere near ready to take that step, but the more I read about it, the less worried I am about basing my diet mostly on meat. not that it's a concern, but everyone digs validation!

I wonder about zero carbing also. I don't think it's the right thing for me but I feel like lowering my carbs even further may be justified. Also, going ZC pretty much means eating only whole foods. That's got to be a good thing, right?

I'm not ready for ZC at this point, maybe I will be sometime, but just not yet. though my carbs have been below induction levels lately. :)
