let me sleep!

please!

seriously...I'm concerned about my fatigue levels. I went to the chiropractor today and then had a LONG-ass nap. I'm ready for another nap and then a good night's sleep. tomorrow morning, I'll go see my (hot) doctor.

breakfast:
meatloaf
coconut muffin

snack:
homemade mounds
1/2 nut bar (and they're DONE for now, thank goodness! too good for me.)

dinner:
boneless short ribs in homemade bbq style sauce
big salad
ranch dressing
coconut milk pudding
HWC
