so I decided to give the HCG diet a try, and so far, despite being hungry and tired, it's worth it. I figure I can do almost anything for 3 weeks, and this shouldn't be an exception. :) so three weeks HCG, then low carb for at least 6, then another cycle. I can't believe I don't feel worse on such low calories...it's pretty awesome.
