so I'm down a couple more lbs from the looks of it, so that brings it to 20. yay! if only that were a significant percentage of what I NEED to lose...argh. intead of focusing on it, I'm trying to think of doing this for the duration. the odd off meal or even off day is fine. the odd off week or month or consecutive weeks/month though? not ok.
anyway...you'd think I'd be an ace at dieting/lifestyle by now, I've been at it for so long! :P
