it's a long weekend here, and all I have to do today is putter around before going to a concert tonight. I wish I worked today.
breakfast:
bacon
eggs
few almonds
lunch:
broccoli slaw
cheese
strawberries & cream
low-carb, grain and sugar free pound cake
dinner:
tea w/cream & sweetener
chicken fajitas w/sour cream & salsa (no rice, beans, tortillas, etc)

yes, I did! I got it from the healthy indulgences blog. I like baking, it de-stresses me! you should check out the blog, her recipes are fantastic!
