leftover pork (that would make a good band name, hahaha)
oopsie rolls w/almond butter and sf peach preserves
small handful of nuts (like 6 nuts total)
snack (breakfast was obscenely early, I couldn't sleep!):
cinnamon bun muffin and a half (which I made: coconut flour, sweetened with erythritol, xylito, stevia and 1 tsp of molasses for the entire batch)
americano w/cream & sweetener
