I'm still suffering from my epic day of carbs, a bit. so not only am I paying involuntarily, I paid voluntarily today by skating for close to 3 hours! I fear for my legs! hahaha! fun, and painful.
breakfast:
pork chops
egg
lunch:
pork chop
coconut oil
americano w/cream & sweetener
dinner:
coconut water
ground beef
salsa
cheese
sour cream
few bites of chicken
small handful of walnuts.

How did you feel while doing your zero carb penance?
totally fine! oddly, I felt emotionally better than I have in a couple of weeks. could be related.
