so I saw my friend on the weekend, who was complaining about being sick. it sounded like he had the stupid flu I just had, so I didn't think TOO much of him talking to me, right in my face, in a loud bar. my voice is screwy today and my throat itches. YAY, oh good, please let this be a new cold! because I just haven't had enough between the alder pollen and the ever-morphing hellflu. really. I need to have my yelling voice back/on by saturday.

see breakfast, minus pudding, plus bocconchini. talk about unsatisfying. I didn't have any time to cook anything yesterday that I could have had today, and forgot I still had meat cookies. what a drag. I wonder if they're still ok.

I hope you're able to dodge whatever nasty virus is after you, Ms. V! Fight it or hide! :-)
Do you drink tea? If so, you might consider trying ginger tea. I've found that drinking ginger tea seems to (sometimes) help me bypass colds and flus when they seem inevitable.

thanks for the suggestion! :) I'll have to give it a go. I haven't had ginger tea in probably a couple of years!
