slumday?

I'm mentally bracing my nails for the onslaught of wheel and bearing changes.

breakfast:
chocolate granola (sweet merciful crap, is that stuff good)
yogurt
roast beef

lunch:
yogurt
granola

snack:
bocconchini

dinner:
chicken
roast beef (I made one. or rather, cooked one!)
chayote squash
nut bar

unneeded emotional-eating snack:
2 stinkin' homemade coconut bars. I'm trying not to feel too bad about myself for eating them...but I do. :(
