the bad mood I was sinking into last night has its grip on me today, big time.
breakfast:
coconut flour muffin
coconut oil
lunch:
devilled eggs w/bacon bits (can't believe I didn't do this sooner)
coconut oil
cheese
grain free bread (made of eggs, zucchini, flax and walnuts)
dinner:
turkey chili (obviously beanless)
cheese
sour cream
coconut flour cupcake
since starting this menu-posting thing, I find I mindlessly eat less often. seeing as how I'm accountable and such. :)

Menu posting can certainly help keep you accountable! You are inspiring me to cinch in the ol' beltstrings again-- I've gotten lax of late. Kudos, hope to see more of you in the future! :)
