fat head

...FINALLY arrived! I cannot wait to watch it. so excited. :)

and the xylitol raspberry syrup is insanely good.

breakfast:
protein powder pancakes
butter
raspberry xylitol syrup

lunch:
roast beef
chayote squash
yogurt
few walnuts
1" flat square 85% cocoa chocolate

I'm making some nut snack bars today, so I'll probably have one. :D
