at least I'm down 4 lbs this week.
I still feel shitty, but slightly less.
a blog to replace food cravings. RIGHT!
thanks to a life full of diets, I've dieted myself up to my highest weight in my life! so I'm going back to the one plan that worked - low carb - and I'm going to do it right(er) this time. wish me luck.
